Membership Policies

🎟️ Memberships

Cancellation Policy

We’ve made cancellations simple and straightforward. To cancel your membership, send an email to frontdesk@smashpointpb.com with the below info,


Subject Line: CANCEL: Full Name of the Member
Be sure to include:

  • Member ID

  • Full Name

  • Requested Cancellation Date

Annual/Seasonal Memberships
If you cancel an annual or seasonal plan early, your refund will be adjusted based on the standard monthly rate for the months used.


👉 Example: Cancel after 5 months = $400 - (5 × $65) = $75 refund

 

Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are non-refundable. No credits are issued for unused days in the billing cycle.

Suspension Policy

Membership suspensions are allowed only in cases of documented medical conditions. Please contact the front desk for assistance.

Transfer Policy

Memberships are non-transferable and must remain under the original account holder’s name.

💳 Payment Profile Requirement

All members—including guests—must have a payment profile with a valid credit card or ACH info on file.


✅ Your payment data is encrypted and never visible to our team.
🔒 We only process charges with your permission or in line with published policies.

 

🧑‍💼 Mandatory Member Photo

A clear photograph is required for all members and guests.


This helps us:

  • Speed up check-ins

  • Ensure accurate billing

  • Maintain safety and security for everyone

 

📆 Event & Court Reservation Policies

Reservation Limits (Per Member)

To keep things fair for all, each member is allowed:

  • 1 Active Event Registration

  • 3 Active Private Court Reservations

 

This allows broader access to events and courts for everyone.

 

Cancellations

Please cancel at least 8 hours before your reserved time or event.
Late cancellations will incur the full reservation/event fee, based on your membership.

If your membership doesn’t cover court/event fees, the lowest applicable rate will be charged.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up and don’t cancel, it will count as a No Show:

You’ll be charged the full court/event fee

If your membership doesn’t cover fees, the lowest applicable rate applies

 

✅ Mandatory Check-In

All players must check in when they arrive—no exceptions.
Failure to check in will be treated as a No Show, and fees will apply.

 

🎾 Guest Policy

Want to bring a friend? We’d love that!

$25 Drop-In Fee per day (unlimited play included)

After 4 visits, guests must become a member (unless they live 30+ miles away)

Activity Cancellation Policies

While we know emergencies arise, we appreciate your understanding of our stated cancellation policy below. 
These policies are designed to ensure optimal play for all our members and guests and allow waitlisted members sufficient time to register.

Court Reservation Cancellations

Private court rentals must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the session being charged in full to your account.

Social Play Cancellations

Social (Open) play must be canceled at least 24 hours before event start time to avoid the session being charged in full to your account.

All other Events Cancellations

Leagues, tournaments, round robins, clinics, and lessons are all subject to event specific cancellation policies indicated at time of registration.

Collection of Personal Information: We may collect personal information from you when you join Smash Point Pickleball, register for events, participate in activities, or interact with our website or other club-related platforms.   • Emergency contact details

2. Use of Personal Information: We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Membership registration and administration

  • Communication regarding club activities, events, and updates

  • Organization of sport events, practices, and competitions

  • Emergency contact  in case of accidents or injuries

  • Statistical analysis and reporting (in an aggregated and anonymized form)

  • Promotion of the club, including the use of photographs and videos (with your consent)

3. Storage and Security: We take appropriate measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal information is stored securely, and access is limited to authorized individuals who require it for club-related purposes.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your personal information with:

  • Sport governing bodies and affiliated organizations, as required for registration or participation in sanctioned events

  • Third-party service providers who assist us in operating the club and delivering club-related services

  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights

 

5. Your Rights and Choices: You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information held by Smash Point Pickleball]. You may also withdraw your consent for certain uses of your personal information. Please contact us using the information provided below to exercise these rights or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your personal information.

 

6. Children's Privacy: If you are under the age of 18, please obtain parental consent before providing any personal information to Smash Point Pickleball. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 without parental consent.
