Memberships Policies

​

Initiation

  • A non-refundable $45 Initiation fee is applicable to all memberships.

  • All memberships require one year contract

​

Payments & Billing

  • We will bill your credit card or eACH on file via Court Reserve either monthly or yearly based on your membership.  

  • We would send you the invoice to your registered email.

 

Membership Cancellations​

  • You can not cancel your membership until the end of your membership term. 

  • Membership auto-renews at the end of the term of the contract unless canceled with a month's notice before the end of the current term of the contract.

Transfers, Suspensions, Holds

  • Memberships cannot be transferred, suspended, or put on hold.​

​​

Memberships Discounts

  • 10% discount applied towards annually paid memberships.

  • Discounts are mutually exclusive and can not be combined with other discounts.

Activity Cancellation Policies
​

While we know emergencies arise, we appreciate your understanding of our stated cancellation policy below. 
These policies are designed to ensure optimal play for all our members and guests and allow waitlisted members sufficient time to register.

Court Reservation Cancellations

Private court rentals must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the session being charged in full to your account.

​

Social Play Cancellations

Social (Open) play must be canceled at least 24 hours before event start time to avoid the session being charged in full to your account.

All other Events Cancellations

Leagues, tournaments, round robins, clinics, and lessons are all subject to event specific cancellation policies indicated at time of registration.
