Code of Conduct
Our code of conduct is a set of guidelines and principles that outlines expected behavior and standards of conduct for members of the Smash Point Pickleball Club. It helps create a positive and respectful environment for all participants involved. Here's an example of a code of conduct for a sports club:

Respect and Fair Play:
a. Treat all participants, including teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators, with respect and fairness.
b. Avoid any form of discrimination, including but not limited to, race, gender, religion, nationality, or physical ability.
Sportsmanship:
a. Display good sportsmanship at all times, both on and off the field.
b. Accept victory and defeat with grace, without gloating or disparaging others.

Safety and Health:
a. Follow all safety guidelines and rules set by the club and its governing bodies.
b. Take appropriate measures to prevent injuries and promote the well-being of all participants.

Integrity and Ethics:
a. Engage in honest and ethical behavior, refraining from cheating, doping, or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct.
b. Adhere to the rules and regulations of the sport and promote fair competition.
Cooperation and Teamwork:
a. Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates, coaches, and club officials.
b. Encourage and support fellow participants, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

a. Avoid the use of abusive or offensive language, gestures, or behavior.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
a. Respect the privacy of fellow participants and refrain from sharing personal information without consent.
b. Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or private matters discussed within the club.

Compliance and Discipline:
a. Abide by the club's constitution, bylaws, and policies.
b. Accept the consequences of any violation of the code of conduct, which may include disciplinary action.
